Jyotsna is a software engineer at Red Hat in the Office of the CTO in Emerging Technologies. Her interests center around cyber security and operating systems. She has previously conducted research on control flow integrity mechanisms, as well as Enarx, a deployment system enabling applications to run within Trusted Execution Environments. More recently her work focuses on supply chain security, including Sigstore, a project that aims to define the new standard for signing, verifying, and protecting software. She predominantly uses the Rust programming language.
